Katherine Cohen studies the archaeology of the ancient Mediterranean and is interested in the history of thinking beyond texts, through technology, craft, and engagement with the environment. She is also interested in the history of archaeology and proto-archaeological modes of relating to the ancient past. She holds a BA in classics and philosophy from Wesleyan University.
