Bard Graduate Center’s Open House for Seniors event engages older adult learners from diverse backgrounds to deepen their knowledge of objects, material culture, design history, and decorative art. Throughout the day on Monday November 6, complimentary private tours of John Lockwood Kipling: Arts & Crafts in the Punjab and London are offered by our knowledgable alumni and graduate student educators. Visitors will leave with a deeper appreciation of the material world and its complex cultural history. Join us in our intimate 4 North Gallery space before and after for coffee, tea, and conversation.
